From Our Patients

Pleasantly surprised with the Chiropractic Care.

When I came to Salmon River Chiropractic, I was pleasantly surprised. I not only found someone who treats pain, but like me, believes in long term care and prevention. Dr. Coffey and Dr. Ingwersen have become trusted friends. I will always be thankful for the person who was willing to share their gift certificate with me so I could experience the healing power from the doctors at Salmon River Chiropractic. Jerry and Vicki

From Dr. Coffey...

Long term stress can have detrimental effects on our physiology which even includes decreased function of our immune system.

This is why most students will get sick during or right before finals week; it's the result of too much added stress. Of course, the majority of our physiology is a reflection of how we "perceive" our environment.

Most people waste their time today worrying about circumstances that we honestly have no control over. Our worst enemy is our own MIND. This is why you have to be proactive when it comes to maintaining homeostasis in your body and find healthy ways to better adapt to the so called "stressful" environment.

Exercise + eating a diet consisting of healthy fats, veggies and proteins + regular #chiropracticadjustments + #massage + meditation + #yoga + positive #affirmations are just a few different things you can add to your daily/weekly routine to help your body better adapt to your environment, however you perceive it!
