From Our Patients

They treat you like a friend and not just another face in the office.

After my first appointment I was so impressed I also made an appointment for my daughter, Anika. Over time my adjustments lasted longer and longer.I still come in once a week even though my shoulder is feeling so much better. Chiropractic care has helped me with so much more than what I originally came in for. I look forward to every appointment. ~Amber Tolman

From Dr. Coffey...

Long term stress can have detrimental effects on our physiology which even includes decreased function of our immune system.

This is why most students will get sick during or right before finals week; it's the result of too much added stress. Of course, the majority of our physiology is a reflection of how we "perceive" our environment.

Most people waste their time today worrying about circumstances that we honestly have no control over. Our worst enemy is our own MIND. This is why you have to be proactive when it comes to maintaining homeostasis in your body and find healthy ways to better adapt to the so called "stressful" environment.

Exercise + eating a diet consisting of healthy fats, veggies and proteins + regular #chiropracticadjustments + #massage + meditation + #yoga + positive #affirmations are just a few different things you can add to your daily/weekly routine to help your body better adapt to your environment, however you perceive it!
